This machine is mainly used for peach, apricot, cherry and other stone fruit at room temperature.  It is one of the key equipments in the juicing and pulp production line of stone fruit.  
working principle
By rotating the tooth roller and rubber roller to remove the peach, apricot fruit in the core, get the lump flesh.  The spacing between the two rolls depends on the fruit.  The fruit is fed into the hopper by the front equipment, and the fruit is pressed into the two rollers by the crank-connecting rod mechanism and the fruit pressing plate.  The two rollers rotate against each other, most of the fruit pulp is pressed into the gap of the tooth roller, the fruit core is squeezed in the elastic rubber roller, the comb plate to dig out the pulp from the gap of the tooth plate.  The kernel with pulp enters the washing part to separate the meat kernel.
